We only accept PayPal or credit cards accepted via Paypal for the safety of our buyers and ourselves.
Please note that if you wish to cancel an order you must do so within 12 hours of placing the order. All items are made to order and if you don't cancel your order within 12 hours your order will be placed and final.
We only ship to the 48 continental states of the USA (mainland). All orders have free tracking for your convenience. Please note that shipping may vary based on your location. If your shipment does not arrive within 30 days please contact us.
All items, packages, and package labels are photographed prior to shipping out to verify the condition, intensive care we invested in proper and strong packaging practices, and deter cyber crime and fraudulent claims.
Estimated Delivery times:
Western Coast: 6-9 days
Eastern Coast: 2-4 days
Mid-West: 4-6 days
South: 4-6 days
Due to weather, holidays, and other factors out of our control, sometimes shipping may be longer than our estimates. We cannot control our shipping carrier or these factors after shipment. Once we ship the item it is no longer within our control. Be aware of this prior to buying/bidding. We are not responsible for these factors, but will issue a refund if your package is lost.

All items are sold as-is. In order to be eligible for a return or refund you must provide photographic evidence to prove your claim due to the presence of cyber crime. As stated above we always photograph our items, packages, and package labels prior to sending them out to verify their condition before shipping. If you don't provide evidence of your claim, then you cannot be refunded or have a return. We will not return/refund in circumstances where you have changed your mind about an item, bought the wrong size, etc. You can only refund/return if a package is lost or the item was significantly not as described. In a case of a return you must send the item back and pay for the return shipping label. We do this to discourage cyber crime. If your return/refund case is legitimate we will refund you after verifying the item's condition. By buying/bidding with us you are agreeing to and binding yourself legally to these terms.
